3000m2 warehouse and 200m2 office for Jamie Kay Clothing. 52m clear-span custom beam section portal frames with precast panel cladding. Tetrad provided temporary works design which utilised the permanent structure for temporary support of the concrete panels tp minimise temporary propping and to maximise working space on the site.
